Faith Church Covid-Update
Dear Faith Church Family,
As mentioned earlier this week, we have several families at Faith Church who have been quarantined by the State Department of Health due to possible COVID exposure.
Due to the volume of staff and volunteers currently quarantined, the Board and Pastors feel at this time it would be prudent to pause our in-person services for this Sunday only. Additionally, since we do not have enough staff available to facilitate a live broadcast this weekend, we plan to rebroadcast a previously recorded service. We ask everyone to join with us as we worship together online and encourage you all to comment during the rebroadcast and let us know you are watching! Our goal is to resume in-person services on Sunday, September 27th, with all other church activities resuming the following week as well.
We want everyone to know that, although we do not believe any positive cases were contracted at the church, as an additional precaution we hired a company to come in and professionally spray a commercial disinfecting fog in our facilities.
According to State Department of Health Officials, these measures are simply out of an abundance of caution, to be extra safe, and we appreciate the Health Department’s input and suggestions on behalf of our members.
Due to privacy laws, we cannot share specific information about any individuals. We are also unable to speak or answer questions on behalf of the Oklahoma Health Department. Any questions you have about church issues, however, may be directed to Pastor David Morrow. We will answer any questions as promptly and completely as possible. My email is David@faith4duncan.com.
In Christ’s love,
Pastor’s David and Anissa Morrow
